Mee Kuan is a Master in Tai Ch and Qi Qong, with over 30 years of teaching experience. She brings a valuable contribution to Tai Chi as one of the few Mulan practitioners in Australia. Mee is also a qualified Yoga, Pilates (Mat and Reformer), Meditation, Chi Ball, Women's Self Defence, Body Balance and Spin Instructor. She also incorporates Pilates and Yoga into the format of some of her classes. She believes the blend of Tai Chi, Qi Qong, Pilates and Yoga are essential for participants to gain maximum benefit and to fully relax, thereby achieving physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being.
Classes are structured into learning technical aspects of various forms, plus body stretching and strengthening, all of which combine to bring the practitioner into the moment and fully conscious!
